Challenges

The client approached us with the goal of enhancing and upgrading their existing application.

Our primary challenge was to first gain a deep understanding of the legacy codebase, which had limited documentation and complex business logic.

We were tasked with fixing ongoing bugs, refining the user interface for a more intuitive and modern experience, and implementing small but valuable features.

All of this had to be done carefully to ensure that the current functionality remained intact and uninterrupted for existing users.

Responsibilities
