The main scope of the project was to update the current UI/UX of the system and add new features without compromising the user experience and the data integrity.
Apart from that, we were required to maintain the system by fixing bugs and improving the user experience of the system.
Flair staffing was an already working UK-based system with having enormous user base. so the starting point was to understand the current codebase before introducing new changes.
After getting to know the system, our expert Ruby on Rails engineer started playing with and introducing the UI enhancements into the system.
After improving the UIs on some of the web pages, we moved on to adding some of the database changes that were necessary for adding new features.
There were a lot of bits that needed to fix to improve the user experience for the front-facing website as well as the back office.
Our engineers did a great job and delivered the required scope on time. Overall it was a complete package in which we created new UIs, added some new features, and added improvements to the system.
