Our team recommended using ResearchKit, an open-source framework for medical research, and CareKit, an open-source framework for managing health by tracking symptoms and activities.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese frameworks, combined with HealthKit, were used to store and analyze user data.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA core feature of the app was enabling users to complete a survey via ResearchKit and receive a 28-day plan of solutions to improve their spine health.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUsers could track their progress by marking daily suggested activities.
